All occurrences which lead to a claim are reported to CURIE. Through our website, subscribers can submit Incident Report forms to CURIE to initiate the process. Subscribers are also provided with annual reports of their historical premium assessments and claims listings. To access the claims information on this website our Optic Risk System.
Any occurrence should be reported to our Claims department (Stewart Roberts & Jillian Jarvis), as soon as possible. Report any claim or incidents online via Optic Risk. If it is more convenient, you may also use your own incident reporting form, and email it to: email@example.com.

In addition to your local and/or internal emergency procedures, you may consider contacting an adjuster, a local adjusting company which normally acts on your behalf, which should have a 24-hour emergency number and a duty adjuster on call.
